I've been using Phoenix Energy for my fiber installation since last year and honestly the work was done proper proper. The technician that came to my house was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly about the renewable energy setup they installed. My only issue sha is after the job was done, nobody from their office ever called to check if everything was still working fine or if I had any questions. For a company handling critical infrastructure in your home, that kind of after-service support should matter more.
