Came for my routine blood work and the staff were actually professional about the whole thing, explained everything clearly which I appreciated. Results came back fast and accurate so credit to them there. My only gripe is I made an appointment and still waited almost an hour before they called me in, which was frustrating honestly. But the actual diagnostic service itself was solid so I'll be back, just maybe book early morning next time.
