I've been a customer here for over two years now and honestly the electricity distribution has been reliable most times but abeg their tariff increases are starting to bite hard. Last quarter alone my bill went up by almost 40 percent and when I went to their office to query it the staff there acted like I was wasting their time. The power supply itself is stable which I appreciate sha but at this rate I'm not sure it's worth what they charging us again.
