Came for a friend's engagement party planning and Petal House sha has a nice eye for designs. The lady showing us the decoration styles and themes was knowledgeable and all that but here's the thing — we waited almost an hour just to get a quote even though we had an appointment. They showed us beautiful samples and honestly the vision was there but the whole process felt dragged out and disorganized, like they weren't expecting us even though we called ahead. For the prices they charge, that kind of waiting time shouldn't happen abeg.
