Long time I been paying my pension contributions through PENCOM and honestly the process is straightforward most times. Staff know what they doing and they explain things clear when you ask questions but abeg my own complaint is their online portal needs serious work because every time I try to check my contribution history the site either slow or showing old information. I've been back three times in person just to confirm my balance because I no trust the numbers on their website again. Everything else working fine but fix that online thing make people stop coming to the office all the time.
