Frequent customer here and I must say the Peloton bikes themselves are solid quality, perfect for keeping fit between long Uber shifts. The staff know their stuff when you ask them questions about the equipment and they don't rush you through the selection process. My only real complaint sha is the delivery took almost three weeks longer than they promised and I had to call multiple times to get updates because nobody was picking up the phone. Apart from that frustration, the bike has been working well for me and the after-sales support when I finally got through was decent.
