Frequent customer here and I must say Pan Ocean treats their partners and contractors fairly sha. I've worked with them on several projects as a carpenter and the payment always comes through on time unlike some of these other companies wey will waste your time. My only gripe though is how long it takes to get feedback on new proposals or clarifications on project specs. You submit something and dem go keep you waiting for weeks before responding when a simple email or call could sort things in minutes. Otherwise they know their business well and I'll continue working with them abeg.
