What got me was how thorough they were with the diagnostics before touching anything sef, they showed me exactly what the problem was and the solution without making it sound like rocket science. For aircraft maintenance you need people who take things serious and these ones clearly do, no cutting corners just proper work. I won't lie I came back two weeks later because I was impressed with how they handled everything.
