Not my usual kind of place but my brother who works in real estate dragged me to check out Palton Morgan's office and honestly the setup is impressive sha. They have people who actually know what they're talking about and the presentation materials look professional, but abeg the time it took just to get a simple explanation about their properties was something else. I waited almost an hour before anyone sat down with me even though I had an appointment, and by the time we started talking I was already tired. The properties they're developing look good on paper but between the slow pace and the attitude like they no get time to attend to customers properly, I'm not sure if I'd recommend someone rush to them when there's competition out there.
