Frequent customer here and I must say the money transfer process sha is straightforward when everything works fine. I've been sending money to my family in Lagos for almost a year now and the rates are better than what other platforms charge. My one complaint though is the app interface can be confusing sometimes, took me a whole 20 minutes to figure out how to resend money to a saved contact last week. Overall it gets the job done and I keep coming back, just wish they'd make the app easier to navigate abeg.
