flights are smooth but booking process killed me

I've tried here for months now and honestly the actual flights are reliable which is why I keep coming back. But abeg their booking system online sha, it's like they designed it to frustrate people intentionally. Last time I booked a flight to Lagos I had to call three times because the website kept timing out and the girl at the counter didn't even apologize when I finally got there upset. The flight itself was on time and smooth so that's the only reason this isn't a 3 star.

Finally flew without drama

I've tried here for months now going back and forth between Sokoto and Lagos for shoots, and I must say Overland Airways has been reliable sha. The booking process is straightforward and flights actually depart on time most times, which if you know Nigerian airlines is already a win. What really got me was when my luggage with all my camera equipment got delayed on my last trip and the ground staff actually traced it and delivered it to my hotel same day without me having to beg. Not the flashiest airline but they do the job well and for a photographer who needs to move around the country for work, that's all that matters.

Flight from Asaba was smooth sha

Wasn't even planning to fly but my son insisted I come visit him in Lagos, so I booked with Overland Airways. The staff at the counter when I checked in were actually patient with me — I had so many questions about my luggage and they didn't rush me or make me feel like I was wasting their time. Flight took off on time and arrived without any issues, which is more than I can say for some airlines. For a farmer like me who doesn't travel much, the whole experience felt straightforward and I felt looked after abeg.
