Hospital appointment nearby so I came here after and honestly the medical staff knew their thing. Doctor explained everything clearly which I appreciated but chai, the waiting area had me there for almost an hour before anyone called my name even though I had an appointment slot. Facility itself is clean and setup is proper, sef the whole experience felt rushed once they finally saw me. Mixed feelings because the healthcare is solid but they need to sort their time management sha.
