Came for a quick diagnostic test and the staff were helpful explaining everything clearly which I appreciated. Results came back accurate and the lab itself is clean and well organized. My only gripe is I waited almost an hour even though I had an appointment and they told me 20 minutes. For someone like me who works in government and already dealing with time management issues, that was frustrating sef but the actual service made up for it I no go lie.
