Used to love this place but last time I came in to sort out my utility data issue, the staff kept saying the system was slow and I had to come back the next day to complete everything. Guy at the counter was actually helpful and explained things clear clear, but abeg that waiting time for something that should take 30 minutes turning to almost 2 hours sef annoyed me. Management needs to seriously look at their backend because a consulting firm moving this slow don't look good. Overall they know their job but fix the system issue and you'd have a solid operation.
