Used to be my go-to but last time I came in sha the whole thing felt disorganized. The stylist did good work on my hair don't get me wrong but I sat there for almost an hour before anyone even called my name even though I had an appointment. For the prices they charge you'd think they'd have their timing sorted out better, and the receptionist attitude when I asked what was taking so long didn't help matters. Will probably try somewhere else next time unless they sort out their scheduling.
