Been using Omnibiz for my pharmacy stock orders for almost a year now and I won't lie the catalogue is solid and prices are competitive compared to what I was paying before. But abeg this loading issue on their app is something else. I'll click to view product details and wait almost a full minute before anything shows up and it's frustrating when you're trying to place urgent orders. Everything else about the service is fine sha, delivery is usually on time and their customer support people are helpful when you finally reach them, but that app speed needs serious fixing because that alone almost made me switch to their competitors last month.
