Wasn't enthusiastic about trying this place at first but a colleague recommended their digital hub for some pharmacology research I was doing. The access to technical databases and research materials here is really well organized, nothing like struggling with outdated resources like before. The staff knew what they were doing when I asked for guidance on navigating the platform. For someone in my field it's worth the investment honestly.
Hadn't been here in months and came back to find the digital resources are actually solid for my IT work, they got better equipment than before and the staff knew what they were doing when I asked questions. But sha the internet connection was frustrating me that day, I was trying to upload some files and it kept disconnecting every few minutes which wasted like an hour of my time. For a place calling itself a digital hub and charging what they charge, that wahala shouldn't be happening at all. Overall though the environment is good for serious research work if their connectivity issues get sorted.
