I've been with Old Mutual for almost two years now and the life insurance plan has been solid, covers what they promised and payouts when I made claims were legit no wahala. But abeg their customer service hotline sha, you call in the morning and by afternoon nobody has picked up. Last month I tried reaching them about updating my beneficiary details and had to call back like five times before someone attended to me. The product itself is worth it and I can't complain about the savings portion, but they really need to staff that call center better because waiting on hold for 40 minutes to ask a simple question is frustrating.
