Wasn't enthusiastic but came anyway and I'll give them credit where it's due - their social media strategy suggestions were solid and the team actually understood what we needed. The problem sha was getting them to explain things clearly to someone like me who isn't tech savvy, and the whole process dragged longer than promised. I no go lie, the work itself was good but the constant back and forth communication gave me headache. Mixed feelings because the end result was decent but I'm not sure I'll go back if there's a next time.
