Came for a quick visit and honestly the beauty lounge setup is fine, decor looks good and all that. But na the waiting time sha that frustrated me, sat there almost 45 minutes before anybody attended to me even though it wasn't even busy. The staff member that eventually came was nice enough but for what they charge here, I no go lie, I expected better organization. I might give them another try but next time I'm checking if they improved their system first.
