Came to pay my water bill and sort out some issues with my account data and honestly the staff were helpful and knew what they were doing. The whole thing took longer than it should have though because their computer system sha was moving at snail pace, like every time they needed to pull up information it was just loading and loading. Everything else was fine and they actually explained things well but abeg that system needs urgent upgrade because I wasted almost an hour there just waiting for screens to load. Still will go back because the people are good but fix that technology issue.
