Took a lot of convincing to try this place and honestly the artisanal learning rooms are actually set up well with good study spaces and equipment. My issue sha is the student hub itself felt disorganized when I visited with my nephew last month, like nobody was really managing the flow of students or answering questions properly. The girl at the front desk didn't even greet us when we walked in and seemed more interested in her phone than helping anyone. For what they charge monthly, the admin side of things needs serious work because the potential is there but the execution is lacking.
