Was referred here by my doctor for some fertility consultations and the staff actually knew their thing when they finally got to me. The medical team explained everything clearly which I appreciated sha, but I spent almost two hours in that waiting area before anyone called my name even though I had an appointment. The facilities look decent and everything felt proper, but for the amount they charge you'd think they'd manage the schedule better. I'll go back because the service itself was good, but abeg they need to sort out this waiting situation.
