Came to get some procurement work done and the technical team actually understood what I needed which was refreshing. But sha the whole process took way longer than they said it would. Guy at the counter told me two weeks and here we are almost a month later with excuses about sourcing and logistics. I'm not even mad at the quality of their work, just the communication and timelines need serious work abeg.
