Came for a quick consultation about health coverage and the staff actually knew their stuff which impressed me sha. They explained the different risk solutions clearly and the premiums were fair compared to what I was paying before. My only gripe is their online portal for policy management is slow and clunky, took me almost 20 minutes just to update my beneficiary details when it should be two clicks. Overall though I'm satisfied with the coverage and I'll probably stick with them.
