Been using NSIA for my auto insurance now for almost a year and they've been solid sha. Claims process was straightforward when I needed it and the policy options they showed me actually made sense for my mechanic business. My only gripe is trying to reach them by phone is like pulling teeth abeg, you call and either nobody picks or you're on hold for 30 minutes. For the price and the actual coverage though I can't complain too much, just wish their customer service lines were better managed.
