Was skeptical at first but Nova Hub actually handled my merchant banking needs well. The staff knew what they were doing and explained everything clearly which I appreciated. My only real complaint is their processing system took forever - what should have been quick turned into waiting around for hours while they sorted things on their end. Otherwise solid experience and I'll probably go back but abeg they need to speed up that backend system.
