My partner insisted we try this place and honestly I was skeptical at first because fertility stuff is serious business. The doctors and nurses here sha, they explained everything so clear and made us feel comfortable with the whole process which I appreciated. But the waiting time is something else – made an appointment for 10am and didn't get called till almost 11:30, and the place wasn't even full. Good facility, good staff, good results so far but that waiting situation needs to get sorted because we didn't take half day from work just to be sitting around.
