The whole thing was smooth sef, I got connected to a qualified doctor right from my phone and he took time to listen to my concerns without rushing me through it. That's what got me, you know, most places nowadays just want your money and move on, but this one felt like the doctor actually cared about sorting out my problem properly. For someone like me who isn't exactly tech savvy, the app was simple enough and I didn't have wahala using it.
