I've been dreading coming here for months because you know how these government places can be, but when I finally came in last week the whole process moved faster than I expected. The officer who handled my case actually took time to explain what documents I was missing instead of just rejecting everything and sending me back, which sha made the whole thing less painful. Waited maybe 20 minutes which for NIS is practically a miracle, and they got me sorted same day. Won't lie, I came in there ready for the worst but they proved me wrong this time.
