The staff explained how they work with banks to guarantee farm loans which sounds useful sha but the processing time they quoted was way longer than I expected and they weren't clear about all the requirements upfront. When I followed up two weeks later, getting someone to answer my calls was like pulling teeth, different story from how they presented themselves initially. Not terrible but not great either, I'm still on the fence whether to recommend them to the farmers I know.
