Came to send a parcel and the whole thing took longer than it should have sef. The staff at the counter were helpful enough and explained the process clear clear but I waited almost an hour before anyone even looked my way and the queue was mad. Pricing seemed reasonable compared to what I hear from friends but the waiting time really got to me that day. I'll probably try them again since they do have the reach nationwide but abeg they need to sort out their queue system.
