Review Time
Came to pay for their LPG services and honestly the whole thing took longer than it should have. Staff were polite enough but seemed confused about which department handles what, had me going back and forth between two counters before someone finally sorted me out. The service itself is reliable I won't complain but getting there is the issue - simple transaction turned into a whole production. Not sure if I'll bother next time or just find an alternative that doesn't waste my time like this.
Used to be my go-to for LPG solutions but honestly the experience has dropped. Last time I needed to sort out a delivery issue, took me three days of calling before anyone picked up and when they did the person on the line was acting like I was bothering them. The product itself is solid I won't lie but for a company their size, the way they handle customers is frustrating. Would consider them again but only if they get their act together on the service side.
Been dealing with NIPCO for my gas supplies since last year and they've been reliable overall, I won't lie. The quality of their LPG is consistent and delivery comes when they promise most times. My only gripe is when you call their customer service line with questions, sometimes you wait almost an hour before someone picks up — that part frustrated me proper. Still, for what they offer and how long they've been in the game, they deserve the four stars.
