I wasn't sure at first but came here for some research work they were doing and honestly the whole process was smooth. The lady who attended to me explained everything clearly and didn't rush me through like some places do, which I appreciated sha. Everything felt organized and professional without being cold or stiff. Worth the visit for sure.
