Long time customer dropping a review finally because I needed to vent about this. The courses and training modules NIM offers are actually solid and the instructors know their onions, but abeg their timetable is a whole problem. I booked into a management programme last month and they kept shifting dates without proper notice, had me rescheduling twice before we finally settled on something. Otherwise the content is worth it and I learned plenty, but that administrative side needs serious work.
