The staff are genuinely helpful and they know their job well sha but my complaint is simple: getting information from them is like pulling teeth. Last month I needed clarity on a policy renewal and had to call four times before someone actually picked up to explain things properly. For a reinsurance company handling serious business they really need to improve how they respond to customer inquiries because waiting days for a callback is not acceptable.
