Came to check out Niger Dock as a journalist doing a piece on industrial developments in Yola and I'll be honest, the facilities are impressive on paper. The setup sef looks organized from what I could see but getting actual information about their services was like pulling teeth, staff didn't seem trained to handle walk-in inquiries and I spent almost an hour waiting to talk to someone who could properly explain what they actually offer. For a place that big with that kind of infrastructure, the customer communication needs serious work because I left more confused than when I arrived.
