Came to inquire about their professional membership requirements and the whole process felt disorganized sha. The staff at the office wasn't really clear about what documents I needed or the timeline for approval, kept passing me from one person to another. I appreciate that they exist as a body for estate surveyors but their own customer service needs work before they can advise anyone on professionalism. Would come back if they sort out their registration process but right now it's frustrating.
