Been coming to NICON Hub for my car insurance renewals for about three years now and I won't lie they handle things well. The staff at the office are friendly and they explain your policy options clearly which I appreciate as someone who doesn't understand all the insurance jargon. My only real complaint sha is their phone lines are always busy, I tried calling last week to ask about adding coverage and spent almost 30 minutes on hold before someone picked up. Apart from that communication issue the actual service and rates are solid for what you pay.
