Was skeptical at first but my friend who runs a boutique kept saying Niche Digital helped her business grow so I decided to try them for my salon's Instagram. The work they did with my content and posting schedule was actually solid, engagement went up small small and I could see the difference. My only gripe sha is that responding to messages takes forever, I'd send questions and wait two three days for replies when I needed quick feedback. Overall they deliver but the slow communication made things more stressful than it should be.
