I've tried NIBSS for months now and the payment settlement process itself works fine sha. But abeg their mobile app is so slow it's frustrating because sometimes I'm trying to confirm a transaction and the thing just hangs there for minutes. Everything else about how they handle the electronic payments is solid and reliable which is why I'm not dropping the rating lower, but they really need to fix that app speed issue because it defeats the purpose when you need quick settlement.
