Hadn't been here in months and came back to find the service still solid honestly. The doctor I saw was patient and explained everything clearly which I appreciated but the app sha, it kept crashing when I tried to book my follow up appointment and wasted like 30 minutes of my time. For a digital health platform you'd think the app would work better because that's literally their thing. Overall though the actual healthcare part is worth it even if the technology part is frustrating.
