Came to sort out my health policy coverage and the whole process took longer than it should have honestly. The staff were knowledgeable about the policies sha and explained things clearly which I appreciated but I waited almost an hour before anyone called my name even though I had an appointment. The actual policy itself is solid and the premiums are reasonable for what you get but the administrative side here needs work. Won't say don't come but abeg prepare your patience when you do.
