Hospital appointment brought me to this area and I decided to check out NewEdge Hub for an eye checkup. The optometrist was thorough and explained everything about my eye condition clearly which I appreciated, but abeg the waiting time before I was even called in was almost 45 minutes even though I had an appointment. Everything else was handled well and the equipment looked modern, but they really need to manage their schedule better because that wait was frustrating for a civil servant like me who had limited time during lunch break.
