Wasn't even planning to try Netcore Nigeria but my business partner insisted we needed something for customer emails so we signed up. The automation tool itself is solid sha, campaigns go out on time and the engagement tracking actually helps you see what's working. My problem is when something goes wrong or you have questions, getting help is like pulling teeth, I waited almost three days for a response to my email and by then I'd already figured it out myself. For what they charge monthly, the customer support should be better than this honestly.
