I've had to interact with NERC couple times for electricity issues at my workshop and sha they actually respond when you follow up properly. The thing wey annoyed me small small is that their staff don't explain things clearly when you call or visit, you have to ask multiple questions before you understand what's happening with your complaint. But when you persist they do sort things out eventually and I appreciate that. Overall they're handling the regulatory side decently, just need to work on how dem communicate with customers like us.
