Long time customer dropping a review finally because I had to commend NEMA Nigeria when that flooding situation hit Bauchi last month. As a doctor I was coordinating with them for patient evacuation and their team mobilized fast, which honestly saved lives. My one complaint sha is that their communication line was all over the place during the emergency - took several calls before I could reach the right person, and by that time things were already chaotic. Overall they came through when it mattered most but e no easy trying to get clear information from them.
