Long time customer dropping a review finally because I've been with NEM for about a year now and honestly the life insurance policy they set me up with is solid, covers what they promised and claims process moved faster than I expected sha. My only complaint is their website portal is confusing as hell, took me almost 20 minutes just to download my policy document when it should take 2 minutes, and customer service on the chat kept sending me in circles before I had to call the office directly. Everything else about the actual coverage and their general insurance products has been straightforward though, staff at the branch are helpful when you actually get to speak with someone. Worth staying with them but abeg they need to fix that online system because it's frustrating.
