Came against my better judgment to understand how NDLEA operates and honestly the experience was scattered. The officers I spoke with were knowledgeable about drug law enforcement procedures and they explained the justice system side sha, but the whole process felt disorganized and getting clear information about what they actually do took forever. They need to streamline how they handle inquiries because waiting almost an hour for a simple question answered is not it. I appreciate what they're trying to do for the country but the execution and customer interaction needs serious work.
