Frequent customer here and I must say NCDMB Nigeria handles content monitoring quite well, the reports are detailed and actually useful for tracking what's happening online. My only gripe sha is how long it takes them to respond to urgent requests even when you've paid for their service. Called three times last month about a monitoring issue and took almost a week to get proper feedback when it should have been 24 hours max. Still solid service overall but they need to sort their response time because that's wahala.
